Meet The Chef: Faith Ramos
"I've had a love for cooking for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family that owned restaurants, I was lucky enough to learn my way around a kitchen from a young age—standing on a stool, apron too big, hands already in the dough.
Five years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and that changed the way I looked at food. Nutrition became more than just a passion—it became a necessity. I had to make changes, but I was determined to keep making the foods I loved, just in ways that would nourish both body and soul.
The idea for this little business began while my husband and I were stationed in Australia. I started cooking for other military families—many of whom, like us, were far from home. What started as a kind gesture grew into a calling.
I truly believe food is special. Certain meals carry memories—of home, of holidays, of loved ones. As a military spouse, I know how important it is to hold onto those comforts when you're constantly moving or living far from family. A familiar flavor can bring you back to your roots, even just for a moment. That’s the kind of connection I hope to create through every dish I make.
Today, I prepare meals for individuals and families who don’t have the time, energy, or know-how to cook from scratch. I also offer small-batch baked goods, catering services, and custom meal prep tailored to your needs.
